can you believe it?

finally the weather is COLD!! yesterday was cool...not cold...but today is COLD!! since the weather decided to changed, i realize i need to get on the ball with CHRISTmas right around the corner...only for the girls' birthday quickly following. ryan and dylan's birthday's are so close together that i MUST start planning 3 1/2 months ahead of time.

my CHRISTmas wish....the Girls' to not grow up. we had bath time (i make the girls take baths together) dylan was the first out and ryan said 'bye dylan' and dylan waved to her for about 2 min straight. it's quite possibly one of the cutest things!! she waves when i change her diaper, nurse her, play with her, read to her....it's CUTE! after putting dylan in the exersaucer and returning to finish up ryan (who gave her fairies a bath)...we got out...we were on our way back to her room and i said 'ryan, golly i love you so much! you are one of the best things in life' she replied 'mommy, i love you so much' and i said 'well, that was such a NICE thing to say'...she said 'your welcome!'

after drying off and getting undies on, i put a shirt on and she told me 'it's stuck mommy!!' so i asked if she wanted another and she did..going through them she replied to each one ...'too big'...finally she picked out a shirt with a horse 'it's stuck mommy'...so i pulled out a short sleeve shirt....'YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYA!' she was totally trying to tell me. i am such a doof. i can't help but to be INCREDIBLY thankful for our little family.

dylan wants to know if you like her hair? she did it herself!! (the child has insane and uncontrollable hair) don't love her sweet potato smile?? b.c we do....

ELLIE

everyone knows ellie. when we go to church and take ry to ss the teachers say 'hi ryan hi ellie.' i have watched ellie fall and get boo boo's...i have seen numerous hugs and kisses. i have seen ellie go places more than any other ellie. btw: 'ellie is a girl' stated from ellie's best friend ryan. they confess their undying love and unbridled love to another each day....i will hear the occasional 'ooooo ellie, i love you....you my best fren ellie'.....ellie and ryan have been through almost 3 years together...today tho, i chuckled as ryan was finishing up b' fast and ellie of course watched...ryan was getting down stopped turned back to ellie and said 'ellie you wanna come with me? OKAYYYYYYYYYY! good choice!'.......

there is a feeling in my gut that ellie will be with us in many more adventures in the next several years.

batman and cookie.

masta t's birthday has come and gone. we were all sick. friday we went to the big city and we woke up with sore throats from drainage thinking it would go away...however, as the day progressed the worse it got!! ry got worse as the day went on too...she even fell asleep in the mall and slept on a chair...it was that bad!! saturday, i woke up sneezing, blowing my nose, ryan had a temp, and masta t was sneezing and his nose running. he and i did not follow thru with our original plans of taking the girls to the pumpkin patch and then on to a date for his birthday....we stayed home with a feverish child and runny noses. t's mom brought us some chicken noodle soup...which helped a ton. sunday, his granny cooked out for his birthday. we had steak, burgers, hot dogs....and of course a cookie cake that t looked forward to...so, despite feeling sick we had a small little birthday party.

almost 8 months.

dylan is offically and almost 8 months. this month has been fairly thrilling considering she is crawling...cut two teeth. following big sis around and her personality is HILARIOUS!!! she giggles as she crawls she makes silly faces...such an easy going baby if she is FED!! :)her favorite activity is to go into big sis's room and play with her toys. (i had to go thru the whole room to take out the small pieces.) hard to believe our little baby girls is almost 8 months.

look here at this little bundle of cuteness acting innocent. well, she is innocent when i took the picture but she does crawl now...she even crawls to other rooms. dylan is 7 months old and got her two bottom teeth and crawled in same week. we love her. she gets goofier by the minute. :)
